Customer Terms & Conditions

Version 1 · Effective July 21, 2026

For purposes of this Agreement, “Adventure Guides” means Adventure Guides LLC and all current and future websites, domain names, marketplace platforms, trade names, brands, mobile applications, affiliated URLs, and other marketplace properties owned, operated, acquired, developed, or activated by Adventure Guides LLC, including ReelEZFishing.com. Collectively, these properties constitute the “Adventure Guides Marketplace” and are referred to throughout this Agreement as “Adventure Guides.”

These Terms govern Customer registration and booking through Adventure Guides LLC.

Marketplace

Adventure Guides connects Customers with independent Providers and is not the charter operator.

Bookings

Bookings are with independent Providers using the Marketplace.

Payments

Payment process is supported by a financial infrastructure platform that allows businesses to accept, process, and manage payments securely online. Published cancellation and refund policies apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, and behave respectfully.

Risk

Customers acknowledge that fishing, boating, hunting, watersports, motorized activities, aviation activities, wildlife encounters, and other outdoor experiences involve inherent and potentially serious risks, including personal injury, illness, property damage, disability, and death.

Each Provider is solely responsible for identifying and communicating the risks associated with its experience and for obtaining any legally appropriate assumption-of-risk agreements, liability waivers, releases, medical disclosures, or participant consents before the experience begins. Any waiver required by a Provider is separate from Adventure Guides’ marketplace terms and does not make Adventure Guides an operator, organizer, or Provider of the experience.

Assumption of Risk

The Customer acknowledges that fishing, boating, hunting, watersports, motorized activities, aviation activities, wildlife encounters, and other outdoor experiences involve inherent and ordinary risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when reasonable safety precautions are taken.

By booking or participating in an experience, the Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all inherent and ordinary risks associated with the selected experience, including risks arising from weather, water, terrain, wildlife, equipment, transportation, physical exertion, and the acts of other participants.

This assumption of risk does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Providers may require Customers and other participants to sign separate waivers, releases, or assumption-of-risk agreements before participation.

Medical Fitness

Customer confirms they are physically capable of participating or have disclosed relevant limitations.

Provider Authority

The Customer and all participants must follow all lawful instructions, safety requirements, and conduct rules issued by the Provider or its authorized captain, crew member, guide, pilot, instructor, driver, outfitter, or other responsible personnel.

The Provider may refuse participation, modify or terminate an experience, or remove a participant who disregards safety instructions, engages in unlawful or dangerous conduct, appears impaired, threatens others, or otherwise creates an unreasonable risk. Any refund or credit will be determined under the Provider’s published cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.

Emergency Care

Customer authorizes emergency medical treatment if reasonably necessary.

No Guarantee

Adventure Guides and the Provider do not guarantee weather, water, terrain, wildlife, environmental, or operating conditions, or any particular result from an experience. Fishing catches, hunting success, wildlife sightings, routes, destinations, schedules, activity duration, and other outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.

Providers may modify, delay, reschedule, shorten, relocate, or cancel an experience when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, regulatory requirements, or other conditions beyond their control. Any refund or credit will be governed by the applicable Provider’s cancellation and refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Adventure Guides is not responsible for acts of independent Providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy

Use of Customer information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

Florida law governs these Terms.

Acceptance

By creating an account or booking, Customer accepts these Terms.
